Easy care.
Our Copper Bottles must be washed by hand to preserve its ceramic coating.

Do not use strong detergents.
Strong detergents are harsh on the Copper Bottle Coating. Hence use mild detergents to retain its bright colour and longevity.

Dry upside down.
Drying upside down will ensure the bottle dried quickly. You can also dry it using a cloth or soft spongue.

How long should water be stored?
Ideally, store water for 6–12 hours. Do not exceed as copper levels can become too high for safety.

Can I put it in the fridge?
No, refrigeration is discouraged. It can undo the water's natural alkalisation and may damage the bottle over time.

What about hot water?
Avoid boiling or hot water. It speeds up the copper reaction too much and can cause the bottle to deform or leak.

Can I store other drinks?
Strictly no. Acidic liquids like juice, tea, coffee, or milk react negatively with copper and can make the drink toxic.

Why is my bottle turning black or green?
This is natural oxidation (patina) and a sign of pure copper. It is not harmful and can be cleaned.

How do I clean it?
Use a mixture of lemon juice or vinegar with salt and warm water. Scrub, rinse, and dry thoroughly.

Is it dishwasher safe?
No. Hand wash only to maintain the finish and prevent damage.
